For Colorado homeowners
Send us a few details and we'll put together home coverage options. We'll also walk you through what your current policy actually covers, in plain English, so you can compare more than just the price.
Fill this out and we'll follow up, usually the same business day.
We'll reach out, usually the same business day. If you want to speed things up, have your current declaration page handy. That one document answers about half our questions.
Why bother comparing? Most people have never had anyone explain their home policy line by line. They find out what was missing on the day they file a claim, which is the worst possible time to learn something new about your deductible.
What people find out too late
These are the gaps that come up most often in reviews. None of them are exotic. They are just the parts nobody explained when the policy was bought online at 11pm or handed over at the closing table.
Market value and rebuild cost are two different numbers, and construction costs have moved a lot. A policy written a few years ago may not have kept up.
A one or two percent wind and hail deductible on a $500,000 home is not $1,000. It is worth knowing that number before hail season, not during.
A lot of people assume water damage is water damage. Backup coverage is typically a separate endorsement, and it is not the same thing as flood insurance.
Buried water, sewer, and electrical lines running to the house can fail. Service line coverage may be available as an endorsement, and many policies do not have it.
Home liability limits often sit at whatever the default was years ago. If you have a dog, a trampoline, or a teenager, that number deserves a second look.
New roof, alarm system, bundled auto, paid-off mortgage, kids moved out. Discounts and coverage both drift out of date when nobody reviews the policy.
How this works
Name, contact info, the property address, and roughly when your policy renews. That is all we need to start pulling accurate numbers instead of ballpark ones.
Phone or video, whichever you prefer. We look at what you have now, ask about the house, and point out anything that looks off. If you can send your current declaration page ahead of time, even better.
Home coverage options side by side with what you have now, and a straight answer about whether switching actually makes sense for you. Sometimes it does not, and we will say so.
The questions everybody asks
Because without them, any number we give you is a guess. Home rates are built on the specific property, and insurers use date of birth as part of how they rate a policy. Those two fields are the difference between a real quote and a ballpark that changes the moment you apply.
Your information stays with our agency. It is not sold, and it does not go to a lead marketplace.
No. Your information comes to us, not to a lead marketplace that resells it to six other agents. That is the whole reason this page exists instead of a generic quote site.
We call once. If you are not interested, tell us and that is the end of it.
Fair. A cheaper price is only actually cheaper if the coverage behind it holds up. If your policy has a percentage hail deductible you did not know about, or no water backup, the savings were a bet that nothing goes wrong.
Take a look at the comparison and decide for yourself. If your current policy is the better deal, keeping it is a perfectly good outcome.
The review takes one conversation. If it makes sense to move, we handle the paperwork, the cancellation, and the mortgage company notification. You are not the one sitting on hold.
Most people think that, and a good number of them are right. The review either confirms you are in good shape or catches the one thing that would have been an expensive surprise. Either way you will actually know instead of assuming.
Home is usually the starting point. Auto, umbrella, life, and renters coverage come up in most reviews too, since bundling and liability limits are connected. There is no requirement to talk about any of it.
Even better. Put the address you are looking at, or your current one, and tell us on the call. Getting the insurance number early keeps it from becoming a surprise line item three days before closing, and lenders usually want proof of coverage sooner than buyers expect.
We are a local agency in Longmont, Colorado, writing coverage for families across the state. Most of our clients are people who bought a house, had a kid or two, and realized they have no idea what their policy actually says. Our job is to explain it like normal humans and let you decide what to do about it.
